Welcome to the Nonnie Hood Parent Resource Center, or “PRC”! We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that relies on community support to serve families with young children. The information you provide below helps us and our funders better understand who we serve. Please fill out a registration for each member of your household (adults and children). All information is kept confidential. Thank you!

The Nonnie Hood Parent Resource Center offers:
• Drop-in play space for families with young children
• Parent education classes, workshops and special events
• Short term childcare and camps
• Private birthday party rentals
• Virtual and outdoor events

Family Programming Guidelines to keep the PRC a welcoming and encouraging environment for all:

All:
• Follow Sick Policy
• Encourage your family to clean up when finished (toys, craft material, etc.)
• Return marbles to the front desk after use*
• Notify staff of any broken toys or equipment
• Private use of electronics should not interfere with everyone’s enjoyment of the space
• Place all mouthed toys in designated areas*
• Keep ALL food in the designated eating area*
• NO peanut products*
*(Please note - additional restrictions apply during COVID-19; please see posted guidelines).

Adults:
• Every child must be accompanied AND actively supervised by a parent or guardian 18 years old or older.
• Absolutely no form of physical punishment or foul language will be used at the center.
• Assist your child while using the bathroom if needed.

Kids:
• Never leave the center without a grown-up.
• Only one child in the bathroom at a time.
• Keep hands and feet to myself.
• Tell my grown-up if someone hurts me.
• No hitting, yelling, or biting my friends.
• No throwing toys.
